Common Problems

I cannot get into the video call, the link says "install app":

• Try a laptop instead of a phone
• Install the Google Meet app

I can hear you, but no one can hear me:

• Make sure you are not muted by tapping the microphone icon on the bottom of your screen

I can see you, but no one can see me:

• Make sure your video is on by tapping on the "camera" icon on the bottom of your screen
